Refund Policy
Chicago Passport & Visa Expedite Services
Acknowledgement by Customer. By placing an order with Chicago Passport & Visa Expedite Services, I understand and agree that this Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to passport/travel visa services purchased through the company. I understand that certain fees are non-refundable because services begin immediately after an order is placed, including reservation of processing capacity, access to instructions and support, and administrative review of the order.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be made during normal business hours by speaking with a live representative at (312) 925-3278. Cancellations are not accepted by email because the company must verify the identity of the person requesting cancellation. All online orders are date- and time-stamped when received.
Refund Eligibility
· Cancellation within three (3) business days: If I cancel within three (3) business days of placing my order, I may request a refund of eligible service fees and shipping fees. Any non-refundable processing, service, service upgrade fees, or reservation fee listed in the order summary before checkout remains non-refundable.
· Cancellation after three (3) business days: If I cancel after three (3) business days, I remain responsible for the full amount of the service fees.
· Documents received or processing started: Once my passport/travel visa documents have been received, reviewed, submitted, or otherwise processed, the order is considered in progress and is non-refundable.
· Upgrades and optional services: Any service-level upgrades, rush upgrades, shipping upgrades, correction fees, or additional options added after the original purchase are automatically non-refundable once authorized.
Non-Refundable Service/Reservation Fee
I understand that every order includes a non-refundable processing, service, or reservation fee. This fee is charged to reserve a limited processing spot, provide access to service instructions and customer support, and cover administrative costs that begin immediately after the order is placed. This fee may appear as a separate charge and is not refundable under any circumstances once the order is submitted.
90-Day Expiration Policy
All reservations expire ninety (90) days after the order is placed. If I do not submit the required passport/travel visa documentation within ninety (90) days, the reservation will expire, no further services will be provided, and all fees paid will remain non-refundable.
Travel Changes, Denials, and Third-Party Delays
I understand that expedited passport/travel visa services are not refundable due to travel changes or events outside the company’s control, including flight cancellations, missed flights, flight delays, itinerary changes, acceptance agency issues, government delays, embassy or consulate delays, courier delays, or denial of a passport/travel visa application. If an application is denied or cannot be completed for reasons outside the company’s control, Chicago Passport & Visa Expedite Services’ services will still be considered provided, and service fees will remain non-refundable.
Return of Documents
If an order is cancelled, denied, expired, or otherwise unable to proceed, any materials provided by me may be returned to me at my shipping expense. Shipping fees already used or committed for document handling are non-refundable.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method when possible. Chicago Passport & Visa Expedite Services may take up to one full billing cycle to process an approved refund. Refunds are not issued in cash. If the original payment method is no longer available, the company may issue a refund by another reasonable method, including mailing a check to the address on file, when appropriate.
Customer Acknowledgement
By submitting my order, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy as part of the applicable Terms of Service for Chicago Passport & Visa Expedite Services.
